Reserve our beautiful garden courtyard and/or our indoor gallery space for your intimate summer wedding ceremony and reception. By selecting your own planner, caterer and set-up choices, you have the freedom to custom design your special day to fit your dreams.

The information below will answer many of your questions about renting one or both of our spaces. Stop by during our hours of operation to see for yourself.   • Prices reflect a 6 hr block of time unless otherwise noted. 3 additional hours may be purchased at $100 per hour.

  • Art Gallery and Courtyard available together from mid-April through mid-October on Saturdays; at other times by special arrangement. Loft Meeting Room available year-round.

FAQS

1.

We offer both the Courtyard and the Main Hall Gallery spaces for weddings and special events. These spaces will be available from mid-May through mid-September on  Saturdays. We offer the spaces in 6 hour blocks at the prices listed above.

2.

We highly recommend you visit the CAC to be sure it fits your needs for your very special occasion. If you would like a private tour, please contact Jackie Barr, our Rental Coordinator, at cacrentalcoordinator@gmail.com. We offer tours by appointment  weekdays between 5-7pm.

3.

Suggested maximum courtyard capacity: seated at tables is 120; at chairs, 160; standing only, 200.
Suggested maximum Gallery capacity: seated at tables is 150; at chairs, 200; standing only, 250.
The activities you plan and the seating arrangement you select will determine the total number of people that can be accommodated. We suggest you work with your caterer/wedding planer to design a layout to ensure your needs are met.

4.

If you are planning to serve food, you must use a licensed and insured caterer. The CAC must receive a copy of caterer’s insurance with a waiver to hold CAC harmless. See our Approved Caterers & Beverage Contractor List.  Any other caterer must be approved by CAC administration. Please note that if you plan to serve alcohol, the drinks must be served by someone on the staff of the licensed and insured caterering company. 

5.

Amenities include a grand piano, a PA system, and one changing room. You must obtain tables and chairs from an outside vendor.

6.

Your caterer will handle the setup and tear down of your event. Set up and tear down time must be included in your contracted rental time. You may rent tents for the Courtyard from outside vendors or through your caterer. 

7.

Guest parking is off site at public meters or pay parking lots surrounding the Cultural Arts Center. Catering trucks may park in our staff parking area if space permits.

8.

All parties must read and sign the detailed CAC Rental Contract before any reservation is finalized. One-half of the rental fee is due upon Contract initiation with the remaining balance and your complete event plan due 30 days prior to the event. Cancellation charges apply.

"The Knot"

My Husband and I just got married at the CAC this past weekend. The venue is stunning! Jackie, the rental coordinator, was always quick with responses and was instrumental in helping us have the day of our dreams. We were hoping to have the wedding outside, but mother nature decided that plan b was the best, and no one even knew that it was supposed to be outside, because the inside was so beautiful. Everyone commented on how awesome the place was. The artwork that was on the wall was amazing! They support the local artist, and the community! I can't say enough about the amazing venue!
