THINGS TO KNOW
1.	Starting in the summer of 2010 we will be offering both the Courtyard and the Main Hall Gallery spaces for weddings and special events.  These spaces will be available together from mid-May through mid-September on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.  We offer the spaces in 6 hour blocks at the prices listed above.
2.	We highly recommend you visit the CAC to be sure it fits your needs for your very special occasion.  If you would like a private tour, please contact Geoff Martin at 614-645-7527.  We offer meetings/tours by appointment on Tuesday and Thursday from 10am-3pm and on Wednesdays from 4-7pm.
3.	Suggested maximum courtyard capacity: seated at tables is 120; at chairs, 160; standing only, 200. Suggested maximum Gallery capacity: seated at tables is 150; at chairs, 200; standing only, 250. The activities you plan and the seating arrangement you select will impact the total number of people that can be accommodated. We suggest you work with your caterer/wedding planer to design a layout to ensure your needs are met.
4.	If you are planning to serve food and or alcohol, you must use a licensed, bonded and insured caterer as well as a licensed, bonded, insured drink server. The CAC must receive a copy of caterer’s insurance with a waiver to hold CAC harmless. Our preferred caterer is Made From Scratch, a highly qualified, reputable and talented catering service.  Any other caterer must be approved by CAC administration.
5.	Amenities include a grand piano and one changing room. Renters must obtain tables and chairs from an outside vendor.  It is suggested that your caterer handle the setup and take down of your event. Please also note that no tents are currently available in the CAC courtyard.
6.	Guest parking is off site at public meters or pay parking lots surrounding the Cultural Arts Center. Meters are free after 6pm. Catering trucks may park in our staff parking area if space permits.
8.	There is a detailed contract that all parties must read and sign before any reservation is finalized.   One-half of the rental fee is due upon contract initiation with the remaining balance and your complete event plan due 30 days prior to the event. Cancellation charges apply.
